We accept referrals from colleagues across Shropshire for:
- Periodontal treatment, including surgical periodontal treatment
- Recession surgery and grafting
- Inhalation sedation for adults and children
- Paediatric treatments, including management of caries, trauma and MIH
How to refer
Send the patient’s details, your clinical notes, treatment requests, and any recent radiographs to shrewsbury@argo-dental.co.uk. Alternatively download our Referral Proforma below and send it via email or post.
Please read our IHS Selection Criteria if you are making a referral for sedation. If you have any queries, or are not sure whether a referral is appropriate, please get in touch by email and we will be happy to guide you through it and advise.
Patients are always returned to your care for ongoing routine treatment.
